Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be responsible for the cancellation fee.
