Cancellation Policy
I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for ANY cancellation or rescheduling. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.
• LATE CANCELLATIONS: Appointments canceled with less than the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit.
• LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. The full-service fee may still apply.
• DEPOSITS: Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your final total.
